The process begins when you complete our Qualify Through Insurance Form — we only need a few bits of information to get started. Once Aeroflow receives your form, a Breastpump Specialist will verify your insurance and collect a prescription from your doctor (if necessary). We will gather this information and contact you about your coverage within 3-5 business days.
Aeroflow can only ship a breast pump to you once all your information has been verified and any upgrade costs have been paid. Breast pumps ship FedEx, and you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your order. We work very hard to verify your information and get your breast pump shipped out as soon as possible and you will be immediately notified if there are any known delays to your order. For more information, please visit our Shipping Information Page
Aeroflow Breastpumps also offers essential accessories for nursing and pumping moms to help them reach their feeding goals. Accessories include bottles, bags, chargers, apparel and more! Any additional supplies or accessories purchased will ship separately from your breast pump via USPS.
Your insurance will specify when Aeroflow is eligible to ship out your breast pump. Your Breastpump Specialist will review these details with you.
